I’m Nicole McNamara Quattrocchi and I am the proud owner of The Quattro Firm. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me a little better.

I am a native Floridian and I was born and raised here in Palm Beach County. I went to college at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina where I graduated with honors in theater and a minor in journalism. After college, I moved to Dallas, Texas to attend law school at Southern Methodist University.

I have been a licensed attorney in Texas since November 2008 and a licensed attorney in Florida since August 2014.

Throughout my career, I have worked for a few different firms, each with their own unique specialities. I learned a lot through each firm that I worked with, but I became increasingly started working for various frustrated by the inability to choose the people I wanted to work with and the cost of the legal work. I found that sometimes a case may not be the best for "billable" or you may have a potential client who you need to be creative with in order to represent them effectively and to ensure that you get paid. I became a lawyer to help people regardless of the fee charged, so I was inspired to open my own practice. The most enjoyable part of my work is client satisfaction. I work hard to ease the burden of legal issues for my clients. It’s an awesome feeling when my strategy pays off, and the client is relieved.

The Quattro Firm, LLC is a trusted law firm in West Palm Beach, FL. We provide legal services in family law, business and transactional law, civil litigation, corporate formation, and estate planning and probate administration in and around the region. We opened in 2015 and will be celebrating our second anniversary this June.

As a founder and partner of the business, I am responsible for client development, assigning tasks to staff and the management of cases. On average, I work for eight to fifteen hours a day. I begin my day by checking emails and deadlines. I often meet with clients or potential clients throughout the day. I'm also at depositions, court hearings, mediations, etc.

I attribute my success to my desire to succeed. I never take no for an answer. I am compassionate, creative and confident; skills that I’ve honed over the years to become a skilled legal professional.

I value honesty. I urge our clients to be honest with us, even if it's not to his or her legal advantage. It's difficult for us to combat a surprise in court but we can address any issue if we are prepared; it may require a little creativity but I believe that with a little creativity, we can overcome any obstacle.

The most important decisions I face on a daily basis are related to whether or not I should take up a case, fee arrangements, assigning work to the appropriate attorney/staff member and general legal strategy. To date, the most satisfying moment in my career was restoring custody of a child to a deserving parent.

Past employers and colleagues have helped influenced my leadership style. Throughout my five years in Texas, I learned a lot about how to run a successful business, including how to handle clients, how to bring in clients and how to bill for legal work. I admire many other attorneys for their contributions to the legal profession. I especially have high respect for attorney Patricia Lebow, a trailblazer for women attorneys who has worked very hard to allow young female lawyers, like me, to be taken seriously.

I am particularly interested in and passionate about LGBT law. As it evolves, it’s exciting to stay up-to-date on the ever-changing landscape of this aspect of family law. I believe that anyone can make a family in any way that works for them. While the marriage laws have changed, there are still a lot of legal holes which make the law complicated for LGBT couples.

When I’m not working, I love to spend time with my young children, who keep me very busy. I also enjoy writing, cooking, musical theater, movies, and dancing.

I have enjoyed sharing more about myself and how my passion has influenced the way I do business.

If you or someone you know could benefit from our expertise in family law, business law, transactional work corporate formation, civil litigation and estate planning and probate administration, I invite you to get in touch. Please visit our website at www.thequattrofirm.com.

Sincerely,

Nicole McNamara Quattrocchi
